• No cash value for any Voucher (if available). 

• No cash back will be issued for partial redemption of the paid portion of an order, except as required by law. 

• No cash back or credit will be issued for partial redemption of the promotional portion of a Voucher.

Shopper is eligible for only one promotional discount offer. And can shop only one product with this discount coupon. Users having multiple accounts under one phone number and one email address cannot avail the discount or allowance more than once. 

• Duplicate use, sale or trade of a Voucher is prohibited. 

• Keep your voucher safe from getting stolen or duplicated. In case of loss or duplication, merchant will provide service to the first person who submits the coupon. 

• You acknowledge and recognize that we are a private commercial enterprise and reserve the right to conduct business to  achieve our objectives in a manner we deem fit. You also acknowledge that if you breach the conditions stated on our Site  

and we take no action, we are still entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions. 

5. Sale Issues

5.2 Payment Terms. For each Product you order on the Website, you agree to pay the price applicable for the Product as of the time you submitted your order (“Product Price”), the delivery fees for the delivery service you select (“Delivery Fees”), and any applicable Taxes. All payments are non-refundable.

7. Shipping policy 

(a) Shipping Time: Any delivery dates provided by “Organicoagro.com ” are estimates. Shipping time is calculated from the date the order is in “Paid” status. “Organicoagro.com ” reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. “Organicoagro.com ” may send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information by visiting “Organicoagro.com ”. We ship within Bangladesh. Sometimes due to natural disasters and virus outbreak your shipment might be delayed. You agree to wait for receiving the products unless and until we make sure if it’s lost or damaged. If the goods are lost or damaged on transit, “Organicoagro.com ” will give you a refund. 

(b) Shipping Cost: We try our best to give an accurate estimation of product weight so that customers only need to pay Shipping cost one time, we also will cover the extra cost when it is not much in order not to bother customers, but sometimes the estimated product weight is way too much from actual weight. Then, we will try to contact you for extra shipping cost. You agree to pay extra shipping cost in this case. We also offer free delivery, if you order on this offer time you will get free delivery without any charge. 

(c) During the global Pandemic (COVID 19), due to limitations of movement, the courier charge has increased a lot, you are required to pay extra in this case. Our team will inform you of the extra charges as & when required. 

9. Return policy 

At “Organicoagro.com ”, we’re committed to you. We’re able to offer you amazing discounts because we don’t house inventory after our sales end, and therefore cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances. The goods you order, are directly shipped from our contacted seller to your doorstep and therefore cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances. 

Following terms and conditions, apply: 

1) Damaged product: Please check while you receive the product from the courier company. If it’s damaged, kindly return it back to the delivery man immediately. Accepting a damaged product will render the return policy ineffective. 

2) Wrong delivery: The product delivered, doesn’t match with the order details. 

3) Incomplete Product: For multiple items sometimes, some suppliers delay the delivery. In that case, we try our best to deliver one by one within shortest time. So in this case, please wait another week, to receive other items.
